Ferme de Tayac

B&B Ferme de Tayac, without doubt the nicest place to stay in the Dordogne.
A 12th century former monastery and farmhouse, that was run by the monks
for hundreds of years. After a 7 year renovation it was opened to the public
as a B&B just 2 years ago, it has since become the top rated B&B in the Dordogne.
Ferme de Tayac has been praised in numerous magazines, and on various
travel web sites, and people are booking way in advance, some people even a year
in advance. Ferme de Tayac has only 6 guest bedrooms, all of which are in former
monks quarters, there is a huge guests dining room which is where the monks used
to make the wine, the huge original wine press is now a feature.
